My stay at Oro Verde Cuenca was incredibly pleasant, thanks to the spacious and clean rooms as well as the excellent dining options. The location is convenient for exploring both the historic center and nearby attractions like El Cajas National Park. I did have to wait a bit for hot water in the bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cuenca.

The location was excellent, allowing me to easily explore the city, but I experienced some significant issues with my room assignment and the customer service, which left me disappointed.
